How long does a custom jewelry order take?
Custom length orders have a two-week production lead time. Once your piece is complete, it ships with our standard delivery timeline of two to six business days.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within two to six business days. Orders over $150 ship free. All other orders ship at a flat rate of $9.95.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the US only at this time, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and US territories.
What is your return policy?
